The Professional Fighters League Road to Dubai Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 10:00 a.m. United States Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 24, 2026 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on December 21, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period consists of four (4) separate Entry Periods, as follows: Entry Period 1 begins at 10:00 a.m. ET on August 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 20, 2026; Entry Period 2 begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on September 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 20, 2026; Entry Period 3 begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on October 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 17, 2026; and Entry Period 4 begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on November 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 21, 2026.
2ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, the United Kingdom, Spain, France, and Brazil (“Eligibility Area”), who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of Professional Fighters League, LLC (“Sponsor” or “PFL”), Visit Dubai, owned and operated by the Department of Economy and Tourism and its affiliates, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), their parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Sponsor and its Administrators”) and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to participate or win. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited and subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
3HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://pflmma.com/roadtodubai (the “Website”) answer the poll and complete all required registration information to receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the corresponding Entry Period’s random drawing as well as any subsequent Entry Periods’ random drawing(s). Entries will carry forward from one Entry Period to subsequent Entry Periods, if any. All Entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. By submitting an Entry, you agree to the Official Rules and are willing to provide your information to the Sponsor and its agents. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.
4RANDOM DRAWINGS
One (1) winner per Entry Period will be selected in separate random drawings on or about the following dates: September 21, 2026 (Entry Period 1); October 21, 2026 (Entry Period 2); November 18, 2026 (Entry Period 3); December 22, 2026 (Entry Period 4) from among all eligible Entries received by the end of each Entry Period. The random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator (at their offices in Melville, NY USA), whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawings. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible Entries received by the end of each Entry Period. Prizes are nontransferable. Winners and all Entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes/receipt of prize, agree to release and forever discharge, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless Sponsor and its Administrators from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of a prize awarded, or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of a prize.
5PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)
Grand Prize (4 total – 1 per Entry Period): A 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) to attend a Sponsor-specified event in Dubai in Q1 2027 (“Event”). Trip includes round-trip economy class air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s residence, hotel accommodations based on double occupancy, two (2) tickets to the Event at the Coca-Cola Arena, and $1,000 spending money (“Trip”). Travel will take place on dates surrounding the Event. The ARV of each Grand Prize is USD$7,500. See Rule #7 for Grand Prize rules.
The prize must be accepted in its entirety and may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash or any other consideration. If a potential winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize as awarded, such potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate potential winner may be selected, time permitting, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name, photos and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with the prize not specified herein as being awarded. If a winner is a U.S. resident, a 1099 tax form will be filed on their behalf for the total value of the prize for the year it is awarded.
Winners and their travel companions agree that Sponsor or its agents may photograph, videotape or record any aspects of the Trip/Event (“Footage”) and use that Footage or excerpts of that Footage in any way they see fit as related to this Sweepstakes.
6GENERAL RULES / WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winners will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and liability release and except where prohibited, publicity release and assignment of rights within three (3) days of notification in order to be confirmed as a Grand Prize winner. Travel companions of Grand Prize winners will also be required to execute a release of liability/publicity/releaseassignment of rights within forty-eight (48) hours of notification in order to accompany winner. Travel companions must be at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at time of travel and a legal resident of the Eligibility Area (corresponding to winner’s location as travel is from winner’s location) to accompany a Grand Prize winner. Return of Declaration as undeliverable, or if winner is not eligible or does not accept prize, it may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner in the manner provided above, time permitting. Potential Grand Prize winners and their travel companions understand and agree that, as a condition of being awarded the prize/traveling as a winner’s travel companion, winner and travel companion may be subject to a background check at the sole discretion of Sponsor; failure to comply may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize (or being unable to accompany winner). In addition, at the discretion of the Sponsor, a potential winner may be disqualified or travel companion may not be permitted to travel with winner: (a) if charged with or convicted of a felony or misdemeanor; (b) if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that awarding the prize to such individual may reflect unfavorably on the Sweepstakes or Sponsor; (c) if they are not eligible to receive the prize (or travel with winner) based on the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules or for any other reason; (d) if Sponsor determines that they failed to comply with these Official Rules in any way; or (e) if they refused to or cannot accept the prize for any reason. By entering in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor and its Administrators are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Entry process or the operation of the Website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address included at time of Entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email account associated with the Entry. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor and award the prizes from among all eligible Entries received by the end of each Entry Period prior to cancellation, if any. Prize winners and all Entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its Administrators, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, or prize awarded. Prize winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes materials or the offering or announcement of the prizes. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event, attorneys’ fees. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents.
7GRAND PRIZE RULES
Travel must take place on the dates specified by Sponsor surrounding the Event or prize will be forfeited. Venue and seat locations at Event shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All fees and expenses (such as security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, meals and ground transportation, and incidental charges) related to acceptance and use of the travel prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Trips may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winners and corresponding travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Seat selection and timing of Trips subject to confirmation of reservations. Major credit card required at check-in to cover any incidental charges. If a winner elects to travel or participate in the prize travel with no travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of prize. If a winner elects to travel or participate in prize travel with more than one (1) travel companion, such additional travel companion shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with such travel. Winner and travel companion must possess valid travel documents (i.e., a passport valid for at least 6 more months from date of departure) and travel on the same itinerary. Prize winners and travel companions are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services, lost, stolen or damaged luggage, or accommodations necessitated by same. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the Grand Prize winner's and his/her travel companion's transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the Grand Prize winner, his/her travel companion and such transportation companies. All travelers must follow any required health guidelines at time of travel. In the event Grand Prize winner and/or travel companion engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the travel early or eject them from the Event/Trip, and send the Grand Prize winner and/or travel companion home (at winner/travel companion’s own expense) with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to Grand Prize winner and/or travel companion (which may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in that winner’s disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of prize). In the event a Grand Prize winner or travel companion engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects the winner or travel companion to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by winner or travel companion as a result of such conduct. SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF WINNER’S OR TRAVEL COMPANION’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.
8GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, VENUE AND DISPUTES
SPONSOR IS REGISTERED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES WITH HEADQUARTERS IN NEW YORK. THE NEW YORK COURTS (STATE & FEDERAL) OF THE U.S. SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK IN THE U.S. SHALL GOVERN THE SAME. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND HEREBY IRREVOCABLY SUBMITS TO THE VENUE OF THOSE COURTS WITHIN NEW YORK IN THE U.S. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York in the U.S., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the state of New York, the federal laws of the U.S., or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the laws of the U.S.
9PRIVACY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information in accordance with all applicable privacy laws. For Sponsor’s privacy policy, see https://www.pflmma.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor agrees to ensure that all data collection complies with (i) all applicable laws, including without limitation, all state and federal laws, corporate standards, policies, regulations, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) (collectively “Applicable Laws”) (ii) the principles, guidelines, rules and codes of conduct of self-regulatory organizations to which third parties providing services, platforms, and data are bound, and any required notices and consents; and (iii) privacy disclosures and information collection requirements imposed on advertisers by targeting of media in order to comply with Applicable Laws. Your personal data/entry information will be transferred to the United States. Pursuant to EU law pertaining to data collection and processing, you have a right of access to, modification and withdrawal of your personal data.
10WINNERS
