PFL REWARDS TERMS OF SERVICE
PFL Fight Club Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the PFL Fight Club Loyalty Program (the "Loyalty Program") offered by the Professional Fighters League ("PFL," "we," "us," or "our"). The Program allows eligible users ("Participants" or "you") to earn points by completing specific fan engagement activities ("Points"), which can be redeemed for rewards ("Rewards"). Participants may also qualify for tiered benefits ("Tier Benefits") based on their activity levels.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Program and creating a Loyalty Program account ("Account"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy (located at https://pflmma.com/privacy-policy) (the "Privacy Policy") and www.PFLMMA.com Terms of Service (located at https://pflmma.com/tos) (the "TOS"). In the event of a conflict between the Privacy Policy and the TOS and these Terms, these Terms will govern any matters specifically related to the Program.
2. Eligibility and Account
- Participants must be 18 years or older to enroll.
- Each individual is limited to one Account.
- Accounts and Points are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned.
- Participants are responsible for safeguarding their Account credentials.
3. Modifications and Termination
PFL may, at its sole discretion, modify or terminate this Program, in whole or part, at any time, including but not limited to:
- Ways to earn Points
- Point values
- Rewards offering
- Tier thresholds
- Expiration of Points
Material changes will be communicated via email or app notification. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms by the Participant.
4. Tier Levels and Benefits
Participants can achieve tier status based on cumulative Points earned. Current tiers include:

| Challenger | 1,000+ | Mid-level tier for active fans |
| Contender | 2,000+ | High activity tier |
| Champion | 3,000+ | Elite fans with consistent engagement |
| Legend | 5,000+ | Superfans; top 5% of the fan base |
Tier Benefits may include exclusive digital collectibles, early access to merchandise, ticket discounts, VIP event experiences, and more. Tier status is retained regardless of point redemptions.
Tier status does not guarantee availability of any specific Reward or Tier Benefit. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or revoke access to any Tier Benefit or Reward at any time without liability.
5. Earning Points
Participants may earn Points by completing qualifying actions, including:
- Watching videos or highlights
- Participating in bracket challenges or prediction games
- Engaging with PFL official social media accounts
- Logging in consecutively
- Creating a Web3 wallet
- Claiming digital collectibles
Point values are determined by PFL and may vary based on frequency, effort, and impact. Special quests or seasonal bonuses may offer additional multipliers.
Bonus point opportunities may be offered during special promotions.
6. Redeeming Rewards
Points can be exchanged in the Fight Club Rewards Store for:
- Digital badges
- Sweepstakes entries
- Merchandise coupons
- Signed collectibles
- VIP tickets or fighter meet-and-greet experiences
Each Reward has a set Point value based on its cost and perceived value at the time of redemption. Not all Rewards may be available at all times. Certain Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion and without notice. Rewards are offered while supplies last on a first come, first served basis. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or resold. All redemptions are final. Once redeemed, Points cannot be returned. We reserve the right to cancel Reward redemptions in suspected cases of fraud, abuse, or system error.
Sweepstakes participation shall be subject to compliance with applicable rules and subject to eligibility requirements.
7. Expiration and Seasonal Resets
Points may expire after 12 months of inactivity or based on the PFL season cycle, or at other times as may be determined by PFL from time to time in its discretion. Participants will not be notified in advance of Points expiration. It is your responsibility to monitor your Account.
8. Web3 Integration
Participants who opt into PFL's Web3 experience can earn blockchain-based digital assets. Wallet creation, NFT claiming, and on-chain actions may yield Points and unlock special Rewards. All Web3 integrations are powered by FutureVerse and LiveLike and require email authentication.
All Web3 assets are exclusive to the ROOT Network and cannot be transferred outside the approved ecosystem.
Use of Web3 tools and digital wallets is at the Participant's own risk. Web3 functionality may be subject to third-party terms. PFL does not control or guarantee the performance, security, or availability of any third-party blockchain technology.
PFL is not liable for any loss of access, data, or digital assets resulting from the use of Web3 integrations.
Participants are solely responsible for securing their wallets and understanding the functionality of any Web3 tools they choose to use.
9. Privacy
Personal data collected through the Program will be processed in accordance with the PFL Privacy Policy. Participants agree to the collection and use of their data for administering the Program and providing personalized experiences.
10. Opt-Out and Account Termination
You may request to delete your Account at any time by either:Sending an email with the subject line "PFL Fight Club Account Termination" to [email protected], orSubmitting a request via the form provided at https://pflmma.com/contact and including the message "PFL Fight Club Account Termination" in the message field.Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.All accrued Points and Tier status will be forfeited.Access to any pending or future Rewards will be revoked.Accounts, including, without limitation, Tier status, Tier Benefits, and Rewards cannot be reinstated following termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, PFL and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Lost or stolen Points
- Delays in Points accrual or Reward fulfillment
- Technical errors in tracking activity
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
In no event shall PFL's maximum total liability to any Participant exceed $25, regardless of the nature of the claim asserted.
12. Arbitration and Governing Law
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, administered by JAMS. Participants waive their right to class actions and jury trials. This arbitration agreement shall survive termination of your participation in the Program.
Participants may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of Account creation by submitting a written notice to PFL customer support. Your written notice must include your full name, account email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
