Francimar Barroso vs. Daniel Gallemore (Heavyweights)


Round 1:


Barroso misses with a right hand after not touching gloves. Gallemore moves in with a combination. Gallemore presses forward and Barroso lands a kick to the body. Gallemore continues to move forward pawing with his jab. Gallemore loading up with his punches looking to land that fight ending shot. Barroso responds with a flurry and closes the distance. Gallemore is cut under his left eye from an overhand right. The eye is nearly swollen closed. Barroso presses Gallemore against the fence and works dirty boxing. The referee separates the two and elects to call in the doctor to check Gallemore’s eye. The doctor stops the fight due to the cut. Barroso wins by TKO.

Lee Coville vs. Alexandre Almeida (Featherweights)


Round 1:


Coville throws three leg kicks to start the fight. Almeida responds with a combination and trips Coville to the ground. Almeida quickly moves to side control. Almeida advances to the mount position and applies an armbar. Coville is forced to tap out. Almeida wins by submission (armbar).

Steven Siler vs. Magomed Idrisov (Featherweights)


Round 1:


Siler takes the center of the cage and inches forward. Idrisov steps in with a right hand that lands. Idrisov goes to the body with a right hand. Siler rushes in and gets met with a right hand. Siler answers with a right hand of his own. Idrisov secures a takedown but lets Siler back to his feet. Idrisov lands a right and that drops Siler. He follows Siler to the canvas and Siler works to control Idrisov’s posture. Idrisov stands out of Siler’s guard. Idrisov lands a left hand. Siler has his hands down. Idrisov continues to land shots. Siler changes levels and looks for a takedown. Idrisov gains top position in a scramble and Siler applies a triangle choke. It’s in deep and Idrisov is forced to tap out. Silver wins by submission after nearly being finished.

Kelvin Tiller vs. Calo Alencar (Heavyweights)


Round 1:


Alencar lands first with an outside leg kick.  Tiller answers with a leg kick and Alencar closes the distance.  He presses Tiller against the cage.  Alencar looks for a takedown but Tiller shakes off the attempt.  They work along the cage and Alencar secures a takedown.  He lands in half guard delivers short punches to the body and head.  The referee stands them up.  Tiller lands a thunderous counter right hand that renders Alencar unconscious.

Marcos Galvao vs. Nazareno Malegarie (Featherweights)


Round 1:


Through the first 30 seconds each fighter feeling the other out. Galvao lands an outside leg kick. Galvao unloads a winging right hand that misses. Malegarie closes the distance and initiates the clinch. They quickly separate. Galvao steps in with a right hand and moves out of the pocket. Malegarie pressures Galvao. Galvao lands a left hook followed by an outside leg kick. Malegarie is throwing with bad intentions but Gavlao moves just out of the way of impact. Malegarie is initiating the exchanges while Galvao looks to counter. The round ends with both fighters firing off hooks.


Round 2:


Galvao moves forward and lands a leg kick. Malegarie counters and lands a right hand. Galvao looks for a takedown but quickly breaks free from the clinch. Galvao is bleeding from his forehead. He lands a right hand. Malegarie lands a right hand. Both fighters throwing one or two punches at a time. Malegarie gets stunned by a punch. Galvao rushes in but Malegaie changes levels and puts Galvao on his back. Malegarie stays active in top position. Malegarie works inside Galvao’s guard and peppers Galvao with short punches to the body and head. Malegarie stands out of Galvao’s guard and makes Galvao stand as the round ends.


Round 3:


Galvao picks up the pace to start the third.  They’re standing right in front of each other.  Galvao steps in with a jab.  Malegarie lands a combination and Galvao responds wtih a left hand.  Malegarie is cut over his left eye.  Both fighters looking to end the fight with one punch.  Malegarie lands a left hand and Galvao presses the action.  Galvao moves in with a combination.  Galvao outworking Malegarie.  Malegarie ties up Galvao and they battle for position along the cage.  They exchange punches to the body and knees to the legs.  Malegarie delivers a series of left hands to the body.  The fight goes the distance.


Jake Rosholt vs. Valdrin Istrefi (Heavyweights)


Round 2:


Istrefi misses with a big overhand right.  Rosholt rushes in but misses with a combination.  Rosholt looks for a takedown and Istrefi applies a guillotine choke.  Rosholt pulls his head out and gains top position.  he works from the half guard position.  Rosholt maintaining top position and moves to side control.  He delivers a knee to the body as Istrefi sits against the cage.  Istrefi unable to escape the bottom and is absorbing left hands.  Istrefi gets back to half guard.  The round ends with Rosholt controlling Istrefi.


Rounds 3:


Istrefi sets up a leg kick behind his jab.  Rosholt changes levels and drives forward for a takedown.  He gets it along the cage and works for the half guard position.  Rosholt quickly moves to side control and delivers short left hands.  Rosholt opts to move back to half guard to hold Istrefi in position.  He repeatedly lands left hands.  Istrefi doing little except covering up.  Rosholt staying heavy on top of Istrefi and delivers left hand after left hand.  Istrefi pushes off the fence and gets back to full guard.  Rosholt dominated Istrefi on the ground.  The round ends.

Alex Nicholson vs. Jake Heun (Heavyweights)


Round 1:


Nicholson lands a right hand.  Both fighters in the middle of the cage.  Heun steps in with a stiff jab.  Heun landsd an outside leg kick.  Nicholson powers forward and misses with a combination.  Heun targets Nicholoson’s lead leg with a hard leg kick.  Nicholson misses with a spinning back fist and loses his balance.  He regains his footing and pressures Heun.  Heun continues to land leg kicks.  Nicholson throws a right hand and Heun slips it and lands a counter left.  They briefly clinch before separating to the center of the cage.  Nicholson moves forward and connects with a combination.  He continues to press.  They exchange and Heun pushes Nicholson to the canvas in the closing seconds of the round.


Round 2:


Heun continues his strategy of leg kicks.  He lands an overhand right.  Nicholson leaps into the air with a flying knee that connects.  It catches Heun on the chin and puts him unconscious before he hits the ground.

Timur Vallev vs. Max Coga (Featherweights)


Round 1:


Vallev lands first with a leg kick.  Coga throws a kick to the body and Vllev catches it.  Coga pulls his leg back and circles free.  Vellev ducks under a punch and takes Coga down.  Vallev works to maintain position while Coga tries to use the cage to stand up.  Vallev pulls Coga’s legs out and lands two right hands.  Coga lands short left hands as he works his way back to his feet.  Vallev backs away.  Coga lans a hard outside leg kick.  He pressures Vallev.  Vallev delivers a kick to the body followed by a leg kick.  Coga counters a front kick with a right hand.  Coga loading up with his punches trying to catch Vallev coming in.  The round ends.


Round 2:


Coga moving forward in the second frame.  .  He drops Vallev with a combination.  Vallev immediately pops back up to his feet.  He drives forward for a takedown and gets it.  Coga rolls and Vallev works to take his back.  Coga eventually scrambles back to his feet.  He goes back to pressuring Vallev. Vallev jumps in with a flying knee that’s blocked.  Coga goes to the body with a right hand.  He’s walking Vallev down.  They engage in a wild exchange at the bell.


Round 3: 


Vallev using kicks to keep Coga on the outside.  Coga pressuring Vallev.  He inches forward behind his jab.  Vallev changes levels and looks to get the fight to the ground.  Coga sprawls and applies a front choke.  Vallev escapes and gains top position.  Coga looks to isolate an arm and scrambles back to his feet.  Vallev goes back to throwing kicks.  Coga not giving Vallev much space on their feet.  Vallev initiates the clinch and presses Coga to the cage with two minutes remaining.  Coga circles free.  He lands a jab but absorbs a hard outside leg kick.  Vallev increases his output and is outworking Coga.  Coga continues to move forward and works for a takedown.  Vallev shakes off the attempt.  Coga lands a right hand.  The round ends with Vallev working for a takedown.

Lance Palmer vs. Bekbulat Magomedov (Featherweights)


Round 1:


Palmer misses with a leg kick and inches forward as Magomedov circles on the outside. Palmer lands a glancing right hand. Magomedov works for a takedown but Palmer defends the attempt. Magomedov steps in with a right hand. Magomedov looks for another takedown but Palmer uses his wrestling to remain standing. Palmer slips a right hand and works for a takedown. He switches from a double leg to a single leg. Palmer continues to work for the takedown and trips Magomedov to the ground. Palmer lands hammer fists. Magomedov rolls to his knees and gets back to his feet at the bell.


Round 2:


Palmer slowly moves forward.  Magomedov misses with an overhand right.  Magomedov throws a combination as Palmer moved forward but comes up short.  Magomedov ladns a right hand and nearly secures a takedown.  They battle for position along the cage.  Magomedov delivers knees to the body as he presses Palmer against the fence.  Palmer turns the corner and works to take Magomedov’s back.  He applies a rear-naked choke.  He adjusts to tighten it down and Magomedov taps out.

Andre Harrison vs. Jumabieke Tuerxun (Featherweights)


Round 1:


Harrison misses with a high kick to start the opening round.  Tuerxun lands a leg kick and Harrison responds with a leg kick that sweeps Tuerxun off his feet.  Tuerxun gets back to his feet and quickly looks to get the fight to the ground.  Harrison sprawls and lands two right hands.  Harrison slides to the side and looks to lock up a D’arce choke.  He lets it go and stands.  Back on their feet, Harrison pressures Tuerxun.  He lands another hard leg kick.  Harrison steps in with a front kick followind by a right hand.  Harrison starting to let his hands go but opts to take Tuerxun down.  He softens up Tuerxun with short left hands.  Tuerxun works to control Harrison’s posture as the round ends.


Round 2:


Harrison opens the second frame with two kicks. Tuerxun looks for a takedown and Harrison easily sprawls. Harrison stands and tells Tuerxun to get back to his feet. Harrison unloads with a combination. Tuerxun changes levels trying to get the fight to the ground but Harrison has none of it. Harrison looks to secure a D’arce choke. He slowly moves into position. Tuerxun turns to his back but Harrison continues to try to secure the choke. Harrison gives up on the submission attempt. Harrison moves to side control and lands right hands. The round ends with Harrison delivering shoulder strikes.


Round 3:


Harrison lands a kick to the body to start the third frame.  He moves forward landing a jab and another strong leg kick.  Tuerxun lands a leg kick of his own.  Harrison lands an uppercut followed by a right hook.  Harrison connects with another right hand but Tuerxun’s chin holds up.  Harrison lands another uppercut followed by a leg kick.  After a wild exchange, Harrison changes levels and puts Tuerxun on his back.  Harrison moves to half guard and delivers short left hands to the side of Tuerxun’s head.  Harrison postures up and delivers punches that land.  Harrison stands and lets Tuerxun up.  He lands a combination.  Harrison is battering Tuerxun.  The round ends with Harrison landing a right hand.
