Professional Fighters League (PFL) is set to launch its free app where fans can watch full fight replays, behind the scenes footages, and never before seen World Series of Fighting match-ups.

PFL is the first mixed martial arts (MMA) organization to present the sport through a regular season, playoffs, and championship format. It also boasts a talented roster, having the likes of two-time Olympic judo gold medalist Kayla Harrison in its lineup of athletes.

“With the launch of our first OTT platform, we’re excited to fulfill the growing global demand for our product by providing fight fans around the world with free access to premium PFL content wherever, whenever and however they want to consume it,” said PFL CEO Peter Murray.

“As we continue to grow, innovate, and reimagine MMA, we have placed an emphasis on engaging fans all year long through impactful storytelling and unprecedented access to the sport, our fighters, and the action inside the cage,” he added.

“As the app continues to evolve, this will especially be a destination for international fans outside the US.”

Live events will not be aired yet on the app, but since PFL events are currently aired on ESPN2 and ESPN+, it is surely a welcome development for Filipino fight fans. – JM Siasat/RC, GMA News
