The main event puts the spotlight on a middleweight rematch with the Interim Title on the line. Former Middleweight World Champion Johnny "Pressure" Eblen meets 2023 PFL Light Heavyweight Tournament Champion Impa "Tshilobo" Kasanganay in a rematch of their split decision meeting at PFL Champions vs. Bellator Champions. Eblen returns to a title fight after a first round submission win over UFC veteran Bryan Battle at PFL Pittsburgh, while Kasanganay arrives off a first-round knockout over Dalton Rosta on that same night. The winner leaves Austin as the Interim Middleweight Champion.

The co-main event features former Bellator Bantamweight World Champion Sergio Pettis against 2024 PFL Europe Bantamweight Champion Lewis "The McGrizzla" McGrillen. Pettis brings the experience of a fighter who has competed at the top of the division for years, while McGrillen enters on a four-fight winning streak with a finishing rate that has made him one of the most exciting bantamweights in the division.
