Our first PFL Light Heavyweight Regular Season bout sees Abdellah Er-Ramy from Spain take on Romania’s Madalin Pirvulescu. Pirvulescu carries a 5-1-0 record into Saturday, with each of his wins by first round knockout. Er-Ramy, a former kickboxer, is on a five-fight win streak, and four of his six professional victories are knockouts.

A huge left hand from Madalin Pirvulescu gets the PFL Europe Light Heavyweight season off with a bang! Pirvulescu with an incredible pace early on, landing the majority of his left hand strikes before scoring a trip takedown. Abdellah Er-Ramy heads to the fence to catch his breath and regroup.
The regroup was exactly what Er-Ramy needed. Abdellah Er-Ramy landed a big shot to the liver, and the Romanian dropped briefly. Er-Ramy didn’t slow down from there and landed a number of clubbing, powerful shots to the head, Pirvulescu started to run away and referee Marc Goddard put a stop to this one early.
