CAREER NOTES
Mitch "Merciless" McKee is an undefeated bantamweight and one of the most compelling prospects in the Bantamweight division. A native of St. Michael, Minnesota, McKee brings an elite wrestling pedigree and knockout power that have made him one of the most anticipated fighters to join the Professional Fighters League. The undefeated bantamweight has built his career on a foundation of dominance, and that momentum continues inside the PFL cage.
McKee's path to professional MMA runs through some of the most decorated amateur wrestling programs in the country. At the University of Minnesota, he earned 2019 NCAA All-American honors at 141 pounds, qualified for four NCAA Tournaments, and accumulated 91 career wins. Before that, McKee was a three-time Minnesota state high school wrestling champion and a six-time national champion at the Fargo Junior Nationals, earning titles in both freestyle and Greco-Roman disciplines. He also claimed a silver medal at the 2017 Junior World Championships in freestyle. That amateur resume is among the most accomplished in MMA at any weight class. McKee now trains with Kill Cliff FC in Florida alongside elite teammates including Logan Storley and Alexei Pergande. His wrestling base is the foundation of his game, but McKee pairs it with heavy hands and sharp finishing instincts. He is not a grind-it-out grappler. He is a fighter who can end the night from multiple positions. He competed across Fury FC and LFA before earning the PFL call, closing his regional run with a TKO win over UFC veteran Pedro Nobre at LFA 217 in September 2025.
