The Professional Fighters League (PFL) and ESPN have announced a new agreement that will see expanded coverage on ESPN and ESPN+. The entire 2022 PFL Playoffs and the majority of Regular Season events will be televised on ESPN, as well as simulcast on ESPN+, with additional event coverage broadcast on ESPN2.

Bruno Cappelozza is one of the most exciting fighters in MMA. His explosive striking guarantees an action-packed fight. In 2021, he finished 3 of his 4 opponents. In his World Title bout, he defeated Ante Delija in an instant classic heavyweight showdown.

Raush Manfio entered the 2021 PFL Season as a lightweight alternate. Without any idea if he would actually be fighting, Raush arrived at the fight week hotel in Atlantic City, NJ back in April. Raush got his shot and shined throughout 2021. In the end, Raush Manfio finished the season as the 2021 PFL Lightweight World Champion.

The 2021 PFL Season saw Ray finish his training camp for his first bout alone after his team tested positive for COVID, Ray missed weight and faced an automatic loss to Nikolai Aleksakhin as per PFL rules, Ray then faced PFL's highest-profile signing Rory MacDonald, and in the finals, Ray Cooper III handed Magomed Magomedkerimov his first loss inside the PFL SmartCage to claim the Welterweight strap and the $1 million check.
