In the co-main event, 2022 PFL Women’s Lightweight Champion Larissa Pacheco will look to advance to her second consecutive PFL Championship when she faces Olena Kolesnyk in a win-or-go-home matchup. 

On Wednesday, August 23rd top-seeded Lightweight Clay Collard takes on Shane Burgos with a trip to the PFL World Championship on the line. 

In the Friday, August 18th co-main event, 2022 PFL Women’s Lightweight Champion Larissa Pacheco will look to advance to her second consecutive PFL Championship when she faces Olena Kolesnyk in a win-or-go-home matchup. 

Two-time Olympic gold medalist and three division boxing champion Claressa Shields will return to the PFL SmartCage with a multi-year agreement. Shields is regarded as one of the top combat sport athletes in the world. 

Number four-seed Jesus “El Mudo” Pinedo stunned the San Antonio crowd with a second-round TKO of top-seeded Bubba “Bad Man” Jenkins in the main event. With the win, Pinedo advances to the Featherweight Finals. In the co-main event, Joshua Silveira needed just one round to finish off Ty Flores, winning by TKO and advancing to the Light Heavyweight Finals. Gabriel Braga and Impa Kasanganay also turned in impressive performances to clinch their respective Finals berths.
