Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Motion Designer to join our growing organization. As a member of our Social Media & Digital team, you will assist our Design and Social team to develop creative ideas, execute social media content, and innovate new content design. All passionate sport designers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Able to follow direction and execute created templates
• Assist lead designer with day-to-day duties and work collaboratively with the creative team
• Utilize essential design techniques such as silhouetting, image manipulation, retouching, and color correction
• Revise creative files with minimal error
• Finish critical projects in a timely manner
• Adhere to established production schedules and meet strict deadlines
• Create original static and animated graphics (holiday, end tags, lower thirds, slates, etc.)
• Assist in creating compelling social / digital artwork through motion design and static design
• A collaborative mindset is mandatory on all tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 Years of professional design experience (Sports or live television experience preferred)
• Only resumes that include links to design portfolios will be considered
• Ability to take constructive criticism and feedback and come up with solutions that keep the integrity of the ideas
• Ability to collaborate with the marketing team and execute against campaign messaging.
• Burning passion for sport design and interest in combat sports
• Comprehension of design concepts and techniques
• Strong knowledge of typography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere experience is plus
• Wacom Tablet use preferred but not required
• Highly organized, proactive project manager: adept at balancing multiple fast-turnaround projects simultaneously
• Hyper-collaborative, accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of various internal and external partners
• Humble, hungry to learn from innovators in the sports industry
